Center of Excellence

These moments come only once in the life of a foundation, and we have a big one!! PXE International is very excited to announce the inauguration of our Center of Excellence in Research and Clinical Care at Jefferson Medical College!

This means there will be a home for our endeavors, and in addition to the administrative focus PXE International is able to bring, we have a world-class research and clinical care institution focusing on pseudoxanthoma elasticum (PXE). Of course, this builds on the decades of research and servicesJouni Uitto, MD, has provided to people affected by PXE. It also builds on our20 year collaboration with Dr. Uitto.

We will be hosting a reception at Thomas Jefferson University on the evening of September 15th, 2016. If you live in or near Philadelphia, consider joining us for an evening of celebration! Enjoy our announcement video!
